Local-Only Workflows

All workflow packs and guides are designed for offline, local use on your own hardware. Cloud services are not required by default. When optional cloud features exist in third-party tools, disable them unless you explicitly need them and understand the privacy trade-offs.

MATTEBLACK STUDIOS does not store, process, or request biometric data — including face scans, fingerprints, voiceprints, or gait analysis. Remove identifiable faces and biometric metadata from images before archival when using photo workflows.

PII Scrubbing

Scrub personally identifiable information before saving, exporting, or sharing any workflow output. Use synthetic placeholders in examples. Do not input employee names, protected-class details, medical information, or other sensitive data unless your policies explicitly allow it and you have scrubbed metadata.

Secure Deletion

Purge temporary files, draft outputs, and scratch buffers after each workflow session. Follow employer or client data retention rules. Local storage does not remove your obligation to delete sensitive material when required.

Human Review Requirement

All AI-assisted content on this site is reviewed by a human before publication. You must also review any AI-generated workflow output before workplace, legal, or public use. Never treat model output as final without verification.

Cloud Configuration Warnings

Tools referenced in our products — including Open WebUI, Obsidian sync plugins, and image pipelines — may expose network or cloud surfaces if misconfigured. Bind web UIs to localhost, disable cloud sync for sensitive vaults, and air-gap setups when handling regulated data.
